If you guys are like the rest of us, you’ve got a pantry full of processed foods, colas and high sodium, empty-calorie snacks. Hard to keep up any type of good eating habits with those lard-happy options on hand. Tell your girl you need to improve your diet – and you need her help. There’s no earthly reason (FUPA aside) either of you should still be eating like teenagers anyway. Replacing Frito-Lay with fresh fruit, Coke with seltzer, and beer with wine (we’re not nutritionists but you get the idea), she’ll feel better, and have more energy for the gym (and post-gym naked time).
