In early January, a tale in the brand new York Times about an experiment that may make you love a whole stranger spread like wildfire round the internet. The complete story was intriguing, especially because the writer of the NY Times article claimed to possess successfully used it to love her current partner.
The experiment is founded on the idea of psychologist Arthur Aron who claimed any two different people could fall in love by carrying out a specific protocol. In the entire case of the experiment, the protocol is really a group of 36 specific questions capped off by way of a four-minute staring session.
Because the whole story was shared, responded and re-featured to, it caught the eye of three young filmmakers eventually, Sam Ressler, Gia Coppola (Palo Alto) and Tracy Antonopolous who decided they had to put Aron’s theory to the released an open call, enlisting numerous strangers to partner and test the experiment first hand up. Ressler herself was one of many participants.
The total result could be the short film above, which ultimately shows so what can happen as soon as you put two perfect strangers alone within an area and also have them try to fall in love.
